Sarah

Sarah started her journey in Veterinary in 2009 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2014 from Rodbaston College.

Over the years, Sarah has worked in numerous veterinary practices, including small animal referral and equine before returning to first opinion small animal nursing.

Sarah joined Bishop Hendry and Edwards in March 2021 as an RVN and became Head Nurse in December 2021.

Sarah enjoys theatre nursing, anaesthesia & diagnostic imaging. She is also a clinical coach, to up and coming Student Veterinary Nurses that are here on placement from Harper Adams University.

Sarah’s love of diagnostic imaging did allow her the opportunity to expand her knowledge to complete her training as an Equine MRI Technician.

At home, Sarah enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband and son, Eli. When she isn’t busy keeping Eli occupied (usually during a nap time!) Sarah enjoys Gardening and Baking. She also enjoys long walks with her two dogs Sedge and Tess and tending to their three pekin hens, Agnes, Irene and Edith.
